Join Kulassa Run&Fit with MarioFit, our new free outdoor running and fitness program!We’re excited to launch Kulassa Run&Fit, a weekly initiative designed to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals, while training with a motivated and active community. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, this program is perfect for everyone!

Weekly Program:

  • Wednesday: HIIT Running — High-Intensity Interval Training
    Boost your speed, burn calories, and increase your power!
  • Saturday: Endurance Run + Cardio Circuit
    Work on your endurance with a steady-paced run, and finish with a cardio circuit to burn fat and strengthen your heart!
