Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, this program is perfect for everyone!
Weekly Program:
- Wednesday: HIIT Running — High-Intensity Interval Training
Boost your speed, burn calories, and increase your power! - Saturday: Endurance Run + Cardio Circuit
Work on your endurance with a steady-paced run, and finish with a cardio circuit to burn fat and strengthen your heart!
